Returns We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at Pamel3aPa7rker8@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
